IESE Business School at the University of Navarra announced a September 2026 redesign of its full-time MBA that embeds AI across every first-year course, rather than limiting it to electives. Deputy dean Marc Badia said the redesign targets a managerial challenge for graduates entering human-plus-AI organizations, with curriculum changes tied to reskilling and professional identity. IESE’s rollout follows earlier internal experimentation, including a 2019 “AI and the Future of Management Initiative” and a long-running executive-facing AI course. The school also brought external expertise into faculty development and seminars, positioning the overhaul as a sustained institutional effort rather than a late generative-AI reaction.
