Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business has moved from piloting AI to requiring every professor to use AI tools in teaching, Dean Ohad Kadan said, rolling out mandatory faculty training and a four-part strategy covering curriculum, pedagogy, research and operations. The school expedited a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence in Business and is integrating AI into course design, assessments and advising. The shift exemplifies business-school urgency to operationalize generative AI and sets a model other professional schools may adopt as they balance academic integrity, pedagogy and workforce expectations.
