EAE Business School reported that nearly all of its 2025 graduates found work, alongside strong compensation growth. In its Employment Report 2025 released June 16, the Barcelona- and Madrid-based school said 97% of grads secured employment after completing their studies, with average salary growth reaching cumulative increases of up to 70% over time. EAE’s figures tracked outcomes across a rolling intake, capturing different job-market entry points throughout 2025. It reported 87% working within six months of finishing, rising to 93% after 10 months, with 82% saying their career situations improved due to the program. The report also emphasizes cross-border mobility and switching roles—described as a “triple jump effect”—with 65% changing roles, 51.6% moving into a new sector, and 48.7% relocating to a different country. On employer engagement, the school cited a talent fair drawing 230 companies and 1,400 internship and employment opportunities.
