The report noted persistent satisfaction gaps — for example, students with declared disabilities still report lower satisfaction than peers — and flagged cost-of-living pressures as an ongoing concern for many postgraduate students. A subset of institutions achieved satisfaction rates above 90%, illustrating disparities within the sector. For academic leaders, the results suggest remote delivery improvements and targeted student support can raise perceived course quality, but equity gaps and financial pressures remain priority issues for retention and student success strategies.
