Rabat Business School is actively positioning itself to capture shifting flows of international talent as Western business schools face demographic declines and students reconsider study destinations. Director General Nicolas Arnaud told Poets&Quants the school aims to leverage Morocco’s infrastructure and recent accreditations to attract more students and faculty from Africa and beyond. RBS has pursued AACSB and EQUIS accreditation and is targeting AMBA to become North Africa’s first Triple Crown business school, the school said. The strategy builds on regional demographics—Africa’s young population—and on growing dissatisfaction abroad with U.S. and European visa and policy environments. If successful, RBS could become a model for public‑private partnerships in higher ed and shift where mid‑career and graduate talent choose to study, with implications for recruitment, partnerships and program delivery models across the continent.
