EAE Business School released an Employment Report 2025 showing 97% of its graduate business students found employment, alongside strong salary growth figures reported over time. The school’s report—released June 16—tracks students across cohorts entering the job market at different points during 2025 due to EAE’s rolling intake. According to the publication, employment reached 87% within six months of program completion and 93% after 10 months among graduates who provided data. EAE also reported that 82% said their career situation improved after completing the program. EAE’s salary metrics show a cumulative growth trajectory, rising 7.2% within three months of completion, 23.4% after six months, and up to 70% over time, with the school emphasizing a “triple jump effect” in which graduates change job role, sector, and country. The report also highlights employer engagement through Talent EAE, describing it as Spain’s largest private job fair, with more than 1,400 internship and employment opportunities and participation from firms including Deloitte, L’Oréal, and Siemens.
