The year-long program supplies tools, curricular templates and community support to reduce the root cause of inaccessible campus technology: limited accessibility education across disciplines. The program targets faculty across majors, aiming to institutionalize accessibility learning objectives and align course-level practices with legal compliance and inclusive design standards. Universities adopting the fellowship approach can reduce downstream remediation costs, improve compliance with disability law, and better prepare graduates for accessible design work in industry and research.
