The interim chancellor, John Maduko, resigned last month following accusations of inappropriate texts and sexual comments involving a female employee, according to a system report released the previous week. Guay’s resignation came with the system initiating an outside investigation to determine whether ongoing harm exists that should be remediated. Guay will begin a yearlong Harvard fellowship starting in August.
